Power Dynamos officially crowned their successful 2025/26 campaign by honouring the club’s standout performers during the annual awards gala held in partnership with Garden Court Kitwe.
The glamorous event celebrated the achievements of players and officials following another memorable season for the Kitwe giants, who successfully retained the MTN Super League title.
League top scorer Moses Shumah emerged as the biggest winner on the night after collecting three major awards, while defender Kondwani Chiboni also enjoyed a memorable evening with a double award triumph.
Moses Shumah Sweeps Major Awards
Kenyan striker Moses Shumah dominated the awards gala after scooping:

- Fans’ Player of the Season
- Footballer of the Year
The striker enjoyed a sensational debut campaign in Zambia and quickly established himself as one of the most dangerous forwards in the MTN Super League.
Shumah’s goals played a huge role in helping Power Dynamos successfully defend the league title, while his consistency and work rate made him a favourite among the club’s supporters.

Goalkeepers Willard Mwanza and Lawrence Mulenga shared the Golden Glove Award after both producing strong performances between the posts during the season.

Defender Aaron Katebe received the Club President’s Award in recognition of his contribution and commitment to the team throughout the season.
Meanwhile, Kofi Boyd Tiza was honoured as the club’s Most Dedicated Official for his service and dedication behind the scenes.
