Power Dynamos Mongu bound for a 2-weeks pre-season camp
Kitwe based Super League side Power Dynamos Football Club will today head to Mongu for a two weeks’ intensive pre-season training.
The Club has revealed that Mongu was picked at the end of the 2021/22 season for its serenity and sandy environment and was found ideal for building mental strength and physical stamina.
Power Dynamos Head Coach Mwenya Chipepo has drafted five Young Power Dynamos players to be part of the pre-season camp in line with the club’s strategic development plan.
Chipepo has included goalkeeper Valentine Mwale, defender Wisdom Musonda, midfielder Gilbert Ntentani, striker Ignatius Kalunga, and 2019 Under 17 COSAFA Player of the Tournament, striker, Moses Mulenga.
Chipepo says the inclusion of the players is aimed at systematically developing the junior players so that they can fully understand the philosophy of which starts with team spirit and bonding.
“We need to systematically develop our juniors to fully understand our philosophy and it starts with team spirit and bonding,” said Chipepo.
