Kings Kangwa Assists as Be’er Sheva Completes Stunning Comeback
Chipolopolo midfield star Kings Kangwa continued his impressive form in the Israeli Premier League, providing an assist in Hapoel Be’er Sheva’s dramatic 3-3 draw against Hapoel Haifa.
Kangwa set up Helder Lopez for his first goal as Be’er Sheva staged a remarkable comeback after falling 3-0 behind. The league leaders looked destined for defeat after goals from Kenny Saief, Dia Saba, and Ricardinho put Haifa in firm control.
However, Be’er Sheva fought back, with Alon Turgeman pulling one back before Helder Lopez scored twice to level the game and ensure the points were shared.
The result sees Be’er Sheva move to 57 points, maintaining a three-point lead over second-placed Maccabi Tel Aviv as the title race intensifies.
Kangwa’s assist adds to his impressive tally of 17 goal contributions this season, with 9 goals and 8 assists in the league, underlining his influence in Be’er Sheva’s push for the championship.
