CHIPOLOPOLO PLAYS BOTSWANA TOMORROW AS COACH IS STILL SORTING OUT VISA ISSUES.
Chipolopolo Coach Aljosa Asanovic and his European assistants are yet to join the Chipolopolo COSAFA squad in Durban, South Africa owing to visa challenges.
FAZ General Secretary Adrian Kashala said the Association has engaged the tournament organizers as well as the South African and Zambian immigration authorities to expedite the process.
Kashala said the Association is hopeful that the process should be completed in a couple of hours and there should be no panic as the technical bench is well organized and everything is flowing normally.
In a statement issued by FAZ Communications Manager Sydney Mungala, Kashala has urged fans to rally behind the team as they take on Botswana tomorrow at King Zwelithini Stadium in Durban.
Zambia will join the Cosafa Cup at the quarterfinal stage with the opening game being at 17 hours and will be live on SuperSport 9.
