However, FC Muza‘s defense held firm, and their attackers were able to create more opportunities on the counter-attack. Andrew Phiri completed his hat-trick in the 88th minute, taking his tally for the match to three goals.
In the dying minutes of the match, FC Muza added a fourth goal, scored by Chipo Sondashi, to seal a comfortable victory for the visitors. The final scoreline was 4-1 in favor of FC Muza.
This victory was a big boost for FC Muza, who are currently second in the middle . As for Nkwazi, they will need to regroup quickly and try to pick up points in their next matches if they are to avoid relegation from the league.
