COSAFA Champions Green Buffaloes Women Football Club are off to Morocco for the 2022 CAF Women’s Champions League.

The team left Kenneth Kaunda International Airport in Lusaka at 21h35 aboard an Emirates Airline flight.

Charles Haalubono’s lasses are in Group A alongside hosts ASFAR, Simba Queens SC (Tanzania) and Determine Girls (Liberia), with their opening fixture against Determine Girls set for 30 October at Moulay Hassan stadium in Rabat.

The CAF Women’s Champions League will kick-off on 30 October 2022 with the final scheduled for 13 November 2022.
