FAZ Women’s Super-Division Week 32 Recap
The battle for supremacy in the FAZ Women’s Super-Division intensified as both title contenders, ZESCO Ndola Girls and defending champions Green Buffaloes Women’s Football Club, maintained their impressive form in an action-packed Week 32.
Green Buffaloes solidified their title aspirations with a convincing 3-0 victory over YASA Queens. Kabange Mupopo, Agness Phiri, and Maweta Chilenga were on target, showcasing Buffaloes’ attacking prowess and determination to secure another league title.
Meanwhile, ZESCO Ndola Girls matched Buffaloes’ performance with a commanding 3-0 win against Red Arrows Women. Goals from Dorothy Daka, Penelope Mulubwa, and Fridah Mukoma demonstrated Ndola Girls’ relentless pursuit of the league crown.
In other fixtures, Zanaco Ladies delivered a dominant display as they avenged their previous defeat to Nkwazi Queens with a resounding 4-0 victory. Esther Simupamba’s hat-trick and Mercy Mwenya’s goal propelled Zanaco to a convincing win, highlighting their potency in front of goal.

Luyando Foundation Girls secured a dramatic 3-2 victory against Kamfisa Police Blue Eagles Queens, with Catherine Mulenga netting a late winner in a thrilling encounter.
However, the day was not without its disappointments, as Queens Academy suffered relegation from the FAZ Women’s Super Division, joining Chipata Girls and Kabwe Celtic Queens in the lower division.
With each passing week, the race for the FAZ Women’s Super-Division title becomes more intense, with Green Buffaloes and ZESCO Ndola Girls refusing to relent in their pursuit of glory. As the season reaches its climax, football fans can expect more exhilarating moments and fierce competition as the contenders vie for supremacy in one of Zambia’s most prestigious football competitions.
