FAZ/MTN 2025/26 Super League Week 4 Results Preview
The FAZ/MTN Super League served up another round of drama in Week 4 on Saturday, with goals, heartbreaks, and statements of intent across the country. Here’s how it all went down:
Green Eagles 0–1 FC Muza
Rickson Ngambi struck in the 32nd minute to silence Choma. The Eagles had the home advantage but couldn’t find their wings. Muza, meanwhile, flew back to Mazabuka with all three points neatly packed in their bag.
Green Buffaloes 2–0 Mines United
It took a while, but when the Buffaloes charged, they didn’t stop. Bornwell Mwape (79′) and Eric Chomba (83′) scored in quick succession, reminding Mines United that digging for points in Lusaka is no easy job.
Kabwe Warriors 1–0 Nkana
Francis Banda (59′) turned Railway Ground into heartbreak hotel for Nkana. The Warriors are quietly building momentum, while Kalampa are still struggling to find their rhythm. Nkana fans might already be sharpening their famous “fix it” chants.
Konkola Blades 1–1 Prison Leopards
A classic seesaw battle in Chililabombwe. Victor Mubanga’s 47th-minute penalty put Blades ahead, but Gibson Banda (75′) equalized to rescue the Leopards. Neither side could break free, so it ended honours even.
Mufulira Wanderers 0–1 ZESCO United
The Magnificent Stadium was anything but magnificent for Wanderers. ZESCO United showed their championship mettle, grinding out a narrow win and proving once again that even when they don’t sparkle, they still sting.
Power Dynamos 2–0 NAPSA Stars
It was the Moses Shumah Show in Kitwe! The striker struck twice (50’ & 90’) to light up Arthur Davies Stadium. The champions look alive again, and if Shumah keeps this form, defenders across the league are in for long afternoons.
Red Arrows 2–0 Nchanga Rangers
When Arrows take off, it’s usually bad news for their opponents. 10 Men Red Arrows found the back of the net in the second stanza of the match after a barren first half through Michee Malonga (70’) and Alassane Diarra (90’) fired the airmen past Rangers with clinical precision. Arrows fans left Nkoloma smiling and chanting “wings of victory”.
Arrows, Dynamos, and Buffaloes all soared to convincing wins.
ZESCO proved efficiency is king.
Nkana’s struggles deepen with another painful loss.
Warriors, Muza, and Arrows are looking like the teams to watch this season.
The Super League is heating up and if this was just Saturday, brace yourself for Sunday fireworks.
