Fashion Sakala Plays Full Match in Al-Fayha’s 1-0 Loss
Chipolopolo striker Fashion Sakala Jr. was on the field for the entire match as Al-Fayha began their 2024/2025 Saudi Professional League campaign with a narrow 1-0 defeat to Al-Tawoon. Despite Al-Tawoon being reduced to 10 men in the 81st minute following a red card to defender Ibrahim Al-Sheail, they managed to snatch a late victory.
The deciding goal came deep into stoppage time, with Abdulfattah Adam Mohammed breaking Al-Fayha’s hearts in the fifth minute of added time, securing all three points for Al-Tawoon.
Looking ahead, Al-Fayha will face a tough challenge in their next fixture as they host Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr FC on Tuesday night. This match will be an opportunity for Sakala and his team to bounce back and prove their mettle against one of the league’s top sides.
