Konkola Blades forward Clive Biyeta has been voted Goal of the Week winner after collecting over 580 votes for his strike against ZANACO FC in their Week Two encounter, which ended in a thrilling 3-2 victory for Konkola Blades.
Biyeta comfortably topped the fan poll, finishing ahead of Joshua Mutale, who came second with over 218 votes. His goal during the entertaining clash helped draw attention to Konkola Blades’ strong start to the 2026 Zambia Premier League Transitional Season.
The 3-2 victory over ZANACO FC has contributed to Konkola Blades’ impressive opening campaign. The Chililabombwe-based side remain unbeaten in Stream A, having collected six points from their opening two matches.
Konkola Blades currently sit second in Stream A, level on six points with leaders Nkana FC but behind on goal difference. Nkana occupy top spot with a two-goal difference advantage, setting up an early contest for position at the summit.
