Copper Queens Ramp Up Training Ahead of Crucial Ghana Showdown
With the highly anticipated Olympic game qualifier against Ghana looming, the Copper Queens of Zambia are intensifying their training efforts to ensure they are fully prepared for the crucial encounter.
Having secured a vital victory in the first leg, with Rachel Kundananji’s goal proving decisive, the Copper Queens are now focused on maintaining their advantage and securing passage to the next round of qualifiers.
The upcoming match against Ghana holds significant importance, as the winner over the two legs will progress to the fourth and final round of qualifiers, where they will face the victors between Morocco and Tunisia.
Under the guidance of Head Coach Bruce Mwape and Assistant Coach Florence Mwila, the Copper Queens are putting in the hard work at Ndola’s trade fair grounds, leaving no stone unturned in their preparations.
