Chelsea 20-year-old Ben Elliot switches from England to Cameroon

Cameroon noticed full name – Benjamin Njongoue Elliott – on the team sheet for Chelsea’s friendly against Aston Villa in Abu Dhabi during the World Cup in Qatar and discovered he was from the Central African country despite representing England  at Under-16 level.

Today it has been confirmed the lad who stars for Chelsea Under-21 side has switched his allegiances to Cameroon.

Here Aime Mabika up to this day-today-passport still not granted despite starting much earlier to press for the document with the US based defender having already featured for the Chipolopolo in a friendly.
