Tabitha TC11 Chawinga appointed as Brand ambassador for Wsbet
Tabitha TC11 Chawinga, a Malawi based woman footballer has signed a year long ambassadorship deal with an online betting company, World star betting.
Tabitha Chawinga who is currently loaned at Inter Millan (Italy) was officially unveiled as the brand ambassador in a colourful event on Saturday.
Speaking for Wsbet, the company’s director, Timothy kandimba said that they opted for Tabitha TC11 Chawinga because of her prominence in football.
Among others the $21,000 deal will see Tabitha Chawinga promote the WSbet brand as an ambassador.
Apart from football, The Italian Serie A women’s football 2022/2023 League golden boot winner is also engaged in a number of projects in the country as a way of giving back to the community.
Recently she partnered with the Standard Bank of Malawi through the campaign “believe in the possibilities” to donate writing materials at her former School.
Tabitha Chawinga who is also the women’s national football teams captain believes in hard work and it has so far manifested in her football journey.
Furthermore, before being loaned to Inter Milan by her club Wuhan Jiangda ,she played for Krokom/Dvärsätts IF a Swedish third-division club in 2014,Kvarnsvedens IK in 2015,Jiangsu Suning club from 2018 to 2021
