Red Arrows Women’s Football Club striker Ochumba Lubanji has once again demonstrated her incredible scoring ability with a goal in the 4-0 win over Play it Forward.
Fresh off a quadruple in a 6-0 win over ZSID over the weekend, Ochumba now has 20 goals in the league from just 16 matches, making her the Zambian player with the most goals this season. She is a key member of Bruce Mwape’s unstoppable Copper Queens squad.
Despite impressive performances from Patson Daka and Fashion Sakala in the UK and Ricky Banda in the Zambian Super League, none have reached the level of success achieved by Ochumba this season. Recently signed Yanga striker Kennedy Musonda has 13 league goals, with 11 of those coming while he was still playing for Power Dynamos.
