
Grace Chanda ruled out of the 2023 Women’s World Cup
Copper Queens Midfielder Grace Chanda has been sidelined and will miss the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup Tournament due to illness as confirmed by Team Doctor Faith Chibeza.
Speaking in an interview from New Zealand, Team Doc. Chibeza says Grace has been ruled out of the tournament due to illness and she is already receiving the much needed treatment.
Grace has since been replaced by Elite Ladies Midfielder Comfort Selemani in the Copper Queens World Cup Squad.
Zambia will Kick-off their World Cup Debut campaign tomorrow against Japan in an early breakfast time schedule of 09h00 Central African time at Waikato Stadium.
