FAZ to employ technical bench members independently

FAZ General Secretary Adrian Kashala has reviewed that the failure of coaches to meet their contractual obligations has been the major reason why the association has had to do away with them.

Kashala said that the association will independently employ the other members of the technical.

He says the association has learnt lessons from allowing head coaches to choose and take care of their technical benches.

Meanwhile, Sports Analyst Musonda Chibulu has urged the Zambian FA to prioritize paying coaches, as it is one of the reasons why coaches fail to deliver.
