Zambia Athletes Association has put up an intense preparatory schedule for all the participants who had qualified for both the Confederation of African Junior Athletics Championships (CAA) to be held in Zambia this year and the All African Games, and World Championship , All games will be done at National Heroes Stadium and OYDC.
Gold medalist Champion , Muzala Samukonga, is gearing up for 2023 International competitions which will be start in August 2023. Medalist has already qualified for the All African Games, and World Athletics Championships along Patrick Nyambe and Kennedy Luchembe who are also doing intense preparations.
One of the CAA qualifying athletes has Narrated to Zed Sport that he is pleased with the Zambia Athletics associations effort to ensure that everyone works extra hard and improves in order to perform well in the incoming CAA tournament.
“We are looking forward to the games and we want to ensure that we do our best because we are hosting these games at our home ground hence the need for us to work harder,” he said
