Justin Shonga Inspires FC Gagra’s Comeback Victory in Georgia
Zambian striker Justin Shonga showcased his goal-scoring prowess and playmaking skills in a thrilling encounter as FC Gagra staged a remarkable comeback to defeat Samtredia 4-3 in a CrystalBet Erovnuli Liga match.
Trailing by two goals, FC Gagra found themselves in a challenging position early in the game. However, Shonga, known for his offensive capabilities, quickly turned the tide. In the 33rd minute, the Zambian striker displayed his aerial prowess by heading in the second goal, leveling the score at 2-2 after Saba Mamatsashvili’s earlier strike for Samtredia.
Not content with just scoring, Shonga continued to make a significant impact. He demonstrated his playmaking ability by setting up Georgian defender Shalva Burjanadze for a goal, showcasing precision with a well-taken corner.
