All is set for COSAFA cup semifinals as all group stage games have been played.The final round match in group C was played yesterday on 12th July 2023.
In group A ,the hosts South Africa finished top of the group while from group B Malawi went away with three wins claiming their position to the semifinals and in group C Lesotho bought their place to the semifinals before the final match
As it stands, Malawi will take on Lesotho in whats going to be the first semifinal clash of the tournament at 15:00hr on Friday the 14th of July while South Africa will play against the defending champions Zambia at 18:00hr on the same day
Zambia was confirmed as the best runner up when Mauritius lost to Mozambique in their last group C match.All the semi-final games will be played at king zwelethini stadium in Durban.
The COSAFA Cup is an annual tournament for teams from Southern Africa organized by Council of Southern Africa Football and this years Competition is being hosted by South Africa.
