Green Eagles end Red Arrows unbeaten run of 17 games
In a thrilling match that was the hope for the air men to keep their clean-sheet record of not losing. Red Arrows gave away the chance to go 18 games unbeaten as they were not able to escape the claws of the eagles who blessed them a 2 nil defeat with goals coming from both sides of the 45 minutes.
The first goal came in the 28th tagged in the name of Silwamba Hosea from a long range shoot that bounced away from the arrows keeper in an awkward angle right passed him.
In the second half, a substitute Derrick Bulaya had his moment to add to his 5th goal of the season to seal the deal. The win has given the eagles a second place on the table with 39 points closing the gap to just 4 points away from the leaders, a chase behind Red Arrows.
