Friday Samu’s goal helps Maritzburg United register first win of the season

Zambian striker Friday Samu inspired his team to pick up maximum points against Chippa United in a 2 -1 win.

Chippa United  scored first in the 37th minute through Etiosa Ighodaro who got on the end of Siphelele Luthuli’s dead-ball delivery and put the visitors 1-0 up against the run of play.

Friday Samu found the back of the net just before the interval he converted from Karim Kimvuidi’s assist to make it 1-1 in the second minute of injury time.

Amadou Soukouna found the back of the net two minutes into injury time at the end of the game to secure all three points for Maritzburg United
