ANNOUNCE THE NEW CHIPOLOPOLO COACH BEFORE THE END OF THIS WEEK, FAZ TOLD.
Government has tasked the Football Association of Zambia -FAZ- to unveil the new Chipolopolo Coach before the end of this week.
Sports Minister ELVIS NKANDU says the Association should no longer keep the Zambian people in suspense but go ahead and disclose the candidate they settled for.
NKANDU says everything between the FA and Government have been fully agreed on and that an amount in principle for the new Chipolopolo Coach has been laid on the table.
He told ZNBC Sports News in an interview that Government wants Zambians to know who the coach is before the close of the week so that the new tutor can also get to work.
NKANDU said the AFCON qualifiers are not too far away and the coach needs to acquaint himself with the players.
Weeks ago a football writer Wami Katanga confirmed that the football association of Zambia ( FAZ) settled for the former Chelsea and Ghana Coach AVRAM GRANT as the new CHIPOLOPOLO coach and MOSES SICHONE will be maintained as the 1st assistant to GRANT.
