It’s the battle of the giants as Green Buffaloes takes on Forest Rangers in the highly anticipated ABSA Cup clash. Ahead of the game, Green Buffaloes coach expressed his team’s readiness and motivation to make it to the finals.
“We won’t be lost in the forest,” said the confident coach. “We have prepared well for this year’s ABSA Cup and our plan is to reach the finals and finish in the top two in the league.”
On the other hand, Forest Rangers coach described the game as a tricky one, acknowledging the respect his team has for Green Buffaloes. However, he promised to approach the game differently and make it to the next round.
Despite missing the services of Moyela due to injury, the coach assured fans of the team’s quality and potential to deliver a positive result. “In football, you can go for games without winning or scoring goals, but that will not deprive the team’s spirit,” he said. “We might see different scorers tomorrow.”
The ABSA Cup clash promises to be an exciting encounter as the two teams battle it out for a chance to progress to the next round.
