
Zambia Dominates Ghana in Thrilling Futsal AFCON Opener
In a scintillating display of futsal prowess, the Zambian national futsal team, led by captain Patrick Banda, kicked off their Futsal AFCON 2024 campaign with a commanding 5-2 victory over Ghana. The match, held at a pulsating venue, witnessed Zambia’s dynamic attacking play and defensive solidity, setting the stage for an exciting tournament ahead.
From the outset, Zambia asserted their dominance, with Ghana struggling to contain their relentless attacking waves. Despite an early goal from Ghana’s Emmanuel Nakotey in the 13th minute, Zambia quickly responded, with Patrick Banda leading the charge.
