FASHION SAKALA DRAGGED TO COURT

Zambia National Team striker, Fashion Sakala, has been sued in the Lusaka High Court for threatening to circulate his ex-girlfriends .

In this matter, Linnety Kaoma is seeking a court order for interim injunction restraining Sakala from invading her right to privacy.

In an exparte summons for an order for leave to issue summons out of jurisdiction, Kaoma states that she was involved in an intimate relationship with Sakala for four years and their relationship ended in May 2022.

She said prior to their relationship ending, she used to engage in virtual intimacy with Sakala and without her consent he got screenshots of her body.

She submits that she came to know about the photos when Sakala mistakenly sent the photos to the plaintiff’s young sister who he is allegedly having an affair with.
