The league leaders made no mistake in the mini-Kitwe derby, putting on a commanding performance to stretch their unbeaten run to nine matches.

It took just 22 minutes for Frederick Mulambia to open the scoring, setting the hosts on course for another crucial three points. Prince Mumba doubled the advantage in the 32nd minute, sealing the win for Oswald Mutapa’s men, who played as the “away” side at their own stadium due to Mutondo Stars hosting the match.
With this victory, Power Dynamos have now amassed 54 points, moving six points ahead of Zesco United, who will be in action on Thursday against Green Buffaloes at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium.
