Green Buffaloes’ Commanding Victory: Green Buffaloes Women’s Football Club displayed their dominance with a convincing 2-0 win against National Assembly. Lushomo Mweemba and Esther Banda secured first-half goals, propelling the Zambia army-sponsored team to 19 points and reclaiming the top spot with two games in hand.
Elite Ladies Showcase Prowess: Elite Ladies lived up to their name, putting on a stellar performance against Queens Sports Academy, securing a commanding 4-0 victory. Xiomara Mapepa, with a brace, led the charge alongside Saliya Mwanza and Elizabeth Mupeso, contributing a goal each. Mapepa’s tally now stands at an impressive seven goals in seven games.
