Zambian international Barbra Banda has once again made headlines in the United States National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) after being named in the NWSL Best XI for the second month in a row, thanks to her exceptional performances for Orlando Pride.
The 24-year-old forward is the only player from Orlando Pride to make the April list, solidifying her reputation as one of the most in-form players in world football.
Banda’s Brilliant April
Banda was a constant threat throughout April, recording 11 shots and scoring two goals across three matches, playing a crucial role in Orlando Pride’s push to retain their position among the league’s top contenders. While Banda flew the flag solo for Orlando Pride, Kansas City Current and Gotham FC dominated the April Best XI with three players each.
